If you or your business filed legitimate claims with HEP Direct for damaged furniture (cargo) and Keith Hewitt (Dwayne Hewitt) has refused to pay or acknowlege your claims, you can contact HEP Direct's cargo carrier for reimbursement. There have been 11 insurance policy cancellations between 11/7/08 to 02/05/08.

You should have been named certificate holder on this
policy when he was transporting your furniture. Also, whoever you are using now
should also issue a certificate so you can protect yourself from this type of
thing in the future.
If HEP Direct has damaged your property during a delivery or caused bodily harm, you should contact HEP Direct's BIPD Insurance company for reimbursement.
