"HER ROOM" Andra Group ,THAT SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND LIES IN DESCRIPTIONS!! Internet,Dallas, Texas

This company is a huge scam!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a sport bra for $50.00, the day I recieved the sport bra I wore it, one day and the middle part that is suppose to separate the breast and rest against the chest pointed the opposite direction and frayed from rubbing my shirt.

That same evening I called customer service...WHAT A JOKE..and they would not listen to me when I said it was deffective all they heard was I wore it...

customer service tried to tell me it was the wrong size..I told them the description said true to size and I ordered my size,it fit around breast fine but not on the chest.

So I asked to speak to a manager,after being on hold for 10 mins. (I sure they thought I would give up) she comes back on phone and says she was at lunch I could leave a message,so I did...YOU REALLY DONT THINK THEY CALLED BACK DO YOU??,.....cause they didnt..

I got back on website and did live chat with something named "Emily"..and she said send it back and we will inspect it for deffects...

I found an e-mail address to the owner send her an email about the deffective product..YOU DONT THINK SHE EMAILED BACK DO YOU??...cause she didnt...

So in the meanwhile I sent it back....then I ...

Finally wrote a complaint with the better business bureau...and they responded AGAIN WITH.. "THAT ITS BEEN WORE".. CRAP..AND I should call the manufacturer that THEY got it from to sell to me..

Got e-mail from "her room" today and now the are still on the its been worn so they cant refund my money AND LOW AND BEHOLD THEY WILL ONLY SEND IT BACK WITH WRITTEN CONSENT AND THEY WILL BILL MY CREDIT CARD FOR RETURN.

I normally wouldnt order online but I wear a 38ddd and they are hard to find....but unfortunetly a friend told me after the fact about a great website called BARE NECESSITIES...THEY ARE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY  AND TAKE RETURNS ...I bought two bras from they last week got them yesterday wore one today ITS PERFECT...

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS...
THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT CAN CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT THEY SELL AND HOW THEY SELL IT...

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY..HER ROOM AND ANDRA GROUP SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES..............IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE DO A COMPLAINT ON THE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE THE ARE EFFICIENT.......PLEASE PLEASE PUT THIS COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS......
