Herbert Davis Defrauded me out of $8000 Tarzana California

In 2009, I attended a realestate seminar in Las Vegas.  I subsequently started doing business with Herbert Davis's Law firm to settle my consumer debt.  Over the course of the next year and a half, Mr. Davis's law firm accepted monthly payments from me totalling over $8000; however, neither Mr. Davis nor anybody from his firm actually eliminated one cent of my consumer debt.

When ever I would call to get some information on the progress of my debt consolidation, Mr. Davis would give me the run around and promise to call me back with an update promptly.  It soon became appearant, that Mr. Davis was perpetrating fraud and had no intention of settling any of my debt!

Before long, Mr Davis stopped answering my phone calls all together and I was left feeling foolish and not knowing where to turn.  Eventually, the only contact number I had for Mr. Davis was cut off and I began to get nausiated over the thought of what was happening, becoming depressed and overwhlemed.

I was eventually advised that another company, NCRS was to handle all of Mr. Davis's clients.  I was naturally skeptical and would not agree to sign any agreement with them, as they were unable to help me account for the $8000 dollars I had already handed over to Mr. Davis.
