Heritage TPA, Inc. Heritage TPA Inc. ignore my request for reimburment for authorized repairs Lincoln Nebraska

Heritage TPA Auto Warranty co. has not reimbursed me for the cost of a water pump replaced by the dealer although it authorized the repair before it was done; I had my car inspected by the dealer because the CHECK ENGINE light was on and he diagnosed problems with various sensors etc. and the total cost of the repairs came to $1,800.00 including $398.50 for the water pump. Heritage TPA, Inc. to my dismay and dissapointment, authorized the replacement of the water pump only. I called them six times in two months and they keep telling me that they have to approve the payment before it gets send to me! I believe this company is a fraud and that they do not intend to pay me. I asked the Jaguar dealer, who sold the Heritage warranty to me, and did the repair, for his help and after he attempted to speak to them on my behalf, he said that he was frustrated by their lack of co-operation. I found out that the CORPORATE name of the GREAT NECK Jaguar dealership who sold me the car, new, and the extended warranty for an additional $2,500.00, is HERITAGE JAGUAR!!!! IS IT A COINCIDENCE OR A FRAUD AND CONFLICT OF INTEREST BETWEEN THE DEALERSHIP AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY?
