Heritage Business Enterprises-Be careful when these guys tell you your "Business Valuation" is being done by "Big 8 Accounting" firms and someone will come out to do an "Audited" financial & in person Inventories counting... All these are all liars, you should tell all these Crooks to get lost.
Ask them to you want to calll this Accounting firms to see if they know Heritage Business Enterprises (A virtual Office).
Jeff Weaver, Dennis Punzalan, Shelly Pate among others former Closed down Norvergence Telecom, all these Crook & liars,
Now the Virtual office is run by Jeff Weaver's wife- Michelle,
a house wife with no experience in helping anyone selling their Business,
all these people doing best is continue to "Rip Off" people's $.

These guys are good, they are paying thousands to a company to block these reports on line when you search them. Why would a company be so afraid to face people who question thier tactics? The we site is a joke still no listings, they only have a few out there, they are still selling over priced valuations with a Guarantee that is not worth the paper it is written on! It is funny, oh and I have posted other reports that they manage to keep off of this site as well, could the rumors be true that Rip Off is for sale? Pay the right amount and they will block negative postings. All I need to say is, you do business with this company you will be sorry, they have never sold a business, and have no idea how to! But, if you need your kids diapers changed I am sure Michelle can help you!

Make sure you spell the name right when posting, the public needs to know to stay away from this company, they are smash & grab, greed driven thieves. If you pay them to do a valuation, you are a fool and get what you deserve, check out the web site, what a joke, they claim to be so succesfull in the industry yet they have only been in business for 2 months and have a handfull of businesses listed that more than likely don't exsist. If they don't sell you a valuation maybe they can offer you a great deal on a phone system!
