David Lisot makes promises with Heritage and does not keep them. I submitted many coins for auction and the first two lots went up. One coin sold and the other did not. The one coin that did not sell did not meet my minimum but they are charging me for the buy back price that was 170.00 over the high bid.
I immediately sent David Lisot an email and demanded that all of my coins be retuned immediately and we settle up. Not only did he not send the coins back but put them up for auction even though the auction had not started. Heritage coins or Heritage Auctions is nothing more than theives.
David Lisot is refusing to give my coins back and is not paying me for the one coin that did sell even though it is our agreement that it is time to be paid.

Heritage BS

The diatribe defendign Heritage is way off base. Nice to be a millionaire and have millionaire buddies, as if this somehow thta elavates your credibility. Here is my opinion after buying from Heritage. They are an arrogant bunch of people that is set up to sell, not foster long term associations. Sell, selll, sell,.....I had a very bad experience with them. They are like the "wolf of Wall Street" of coins. And if they are so lilly white why do the have 20 plus complaints at BBB? Watch out folks.....

The Real "Ripoff"

The only "ripoff" is being perpetrated by this thug customer who is enraged that he could not extort money from a legitimate, honorable, hardworking company that naturally requires consignors to honor the contracts that they sign. A business transaction is a two-way street! Yes, in my experience Heritage's executives are sometimes arrogant and pompous, but so are all other corporate executives. That does not make them felonious or even unethical. I am officially jumping on the bandwagon with those who defend what America is truly about: An honest, successful, rags-to-riches company! The five unique complaints about Heritage that were posted on this website were written by nearly-illiterate, leftwing, bottom-of-the-socioeconomic-ladder crybabies who seem to think that Heritage is in business to royally cater to their every uninformed whim, fallacy, and misconception. I do not believe that a gargantuan auction firm like Heritage would risk damaging their stellar reputation just to cheat these small-time losers out of their virtually worthless junk. I suspect that what is really going on is that five obsessed wackos who have failed miserably at life (versus the satisfied 700,000-plus Heritage customers) did not get their backsides kissed during their minuscule transactions with Heritage, so they are unfairly trashing this outstanding company just to fuel the emotional void created by their failed extortion schemes. Several wealthy friends and I are longtime customers of Heritage, yet have never experienced any difficulties. Nobody with an IQ above 70 would take seriously the obviously suspect charges made against Heritage, a firm with an unblemished reputation amongst both heavy hitters and small spenders alike.

HERITAGE AUCTIONS GIVES OUT PERSONAL DATA ACCORDING TO ONE OF THEIR AUTENTICATORS

I want you to know that a person affiliated with them knew all of my history with Heritage Auctions and gave out my personal address . make no mistake about it but your information is NOT privledged no matter what they claim their policy is.
The worst thing about Heritage is that when contacted and after I showed them the evidence they threatened to sue me in an attempt to imntimidate and bully me .
Thee types of actions are made by men who are not honest or have any integrity no matter how much they claim they have it
It is in my opinion that Heritage Auctions are crooks and theifs based on the information given to me by Roger Epperson.
Roger who works for Heritage painted a picture for me of deceit and a total lack of integrity based on the way they run their business,
AVOID HERITAGE AUCTIONS AT ALL COSTS ......unless you want your personal information shared
