Heritage Motorcycle Shipping Horrible Customer Service Stockton California

Heritage Motorcycle shipping was hired to ship my bike across the U.S. , the pick up date was for monday, at which point they postponed for tuesday because the driver was behind, then on tuesday they said that the driver needed something to accomodate my bike  and the pick up wouldnt happen until wednesday, the problem here is that every time I called Marylou from Heritage Motorcycle shipping, she never answered her phone and she never called me back after I left her several voicemails with my call back number, they never follow up, they never answer their phones, at this point I have already lost 4 crucial days that I could have used to work with a more reliable company, also created problems for me because the gentleman who sold me the motorcycle, has been upset because he keeps waiting at home and noone showing up to pick it up.

at this point I would not recomend this company because they create a nightmare out of something that should be very simple for them to handle if they were profecional. today I fired them and cancelled my pick up and have moved on to use someone more reliable. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY ITS A NIGHTMARE getting a hold of them for answers or questions.
