Herman Street Frudulent Ogden Utah

I ordered video conversion software from Herman Street. When I got the activation key, it would not work. I called during their normal business hours numerous times over the past week and had to leave voice messages, but nobody will call me back. I emailed the customer support email address and got responese from someone named Celestine Wynn. She stated she was sorry I was dis-satisfied, but I had to contact their customer support department, I did and still have not been contacted back. I downloaded this software on September 30, 2015 and it is now November 5,2015. Celestine Wynn has sent me the wrong product key twice via email. Do not do business with this company, they have a nice website, but I'm pretty sure it's being run out of someones apartment.
