Hermans Street Trusting Senor Ogden Utah

  Purchased a two year sunscription from Herman's Street for Bitdefender's software for virus protection of my wife and my computers.

  We did use Bitdefender regulary thinking that it was doing its job. Each time we ran a scan, we assumed that it was working as it was advertised it would. Couple months later, we started having problems with Bitdefender not working at all, so we called Bitdefender. After a period of time and effort, my wife's computer started scanning again,

  I spoke to Bitdefender's tech person about my computer not being able to download anything. When the tech person was unable to help me, I was told that he would put my issue on "top priority" and some one will call me as soon as possible.

That high priority call never came, so I took my computer to a local shop, and it was found that my computer was loaded with Trojans, over 400 viruses and other problems and a host of Malware, which ultimatey cost me $176 to remove the items that Bitdefender was supposed to remove

Bitdefender reps told me that they could not credit me any money because I purchased the software from a third party.

I sent Herman's Street an e-mail, and they said that because we had the software more than 30 days, they can not return /any money (we had over 400 days left on the subscription, and we asked for only half of our money back)

I told them that it took me about five months before I found oput that it was not working, but they refuse to work with me
