HERTZ CAR RENTAL ANN ARBOR MICHIGAN Rented car for trip ,semi lost driveshaft and crashed into the car we rented, we was under the understanding that we just purchused insurance from hertz ,after crash was told we declined the insurance ,the hertz rep that handled our rental didnt include BAD BUSSINESS CLAIM AFTER ACCIDENT YOU DIDNT BUY NSURANCE , RUDE , CHEATS ,SCAMS ann arbor Michigan

This company in ann arbor michigan located on washtenaw ave is a rip off, was lied to aboht insurance we had purchused .
Rented a car to go on a trip a semi lost the drive shaft and crashed into us ending our trip .went to locale hertz in ohio and refused another car for 6 hours then to be told we didnt have insurance like we was lead to believe and was under the understanding that we had purchused the insurance ,our tripstarted at 9am our trip ended at 12pm
3 hours after it started now hertz is trying to charge me $675 for a tow fee.

Why do you need to be "under the impression" about anything regarding this transaction??? The terms and conditions are completely covered by the contract YOU signed! Did you read it??
Without regard to that, there is the possibility the liability in this could be held by the trucking company or truck owner. Do you know who that is? Did it happen in front of you? Unless you can provide that information then you are on the hook UNLESS you bought the insurance to cover it.
