Hertz Hertz Orlando Lied to about "Free" upgrade Orlando California

Rented and paid for 3 day rental of a mid-siz car from Hertz for 15.95 a day through hotwire. At the counter the guy told me that there was a "Free" upgrade to a larger car. I was reluctant since I did not need a larger car. But like a fool I said sure. Then he sold me on the fuel option which he described as "they will charge you for the amount of gas you use and it is 20 cents a gallon cheaper". I only drove 107 miles total.

Turns out the "upgrade" from Corolla to Maxima cost me an extra $21/day! Plus they charged me for a full tank ($62). If I had stuck with the the original car and brought it back full my bill would have been 0. Instead it was $190! Customer Service said I signed a contract. 

Two years ago I left my wallet in the car. By the time I went back 25 minutes later it was gone!
