the company i felt is a reasonable company but the company selling practices is let to be desired. I felt trapped between paying for an laptop that had to be replaced a total of 3 times. The third time was shakey and shadey i was in this for about 1 and half months trying to get what i paid big for i mean big.
One day i decided to lightescribe a disk and i was told that the computer that have did not have it. And that was one of functions i wanted from the very being. I could not be it!! I called hp and informed them and they rant-off warranty. I was mad! and still am. They have the biggest con game. No, light scribe for me. And i was needing some tech-support and come to find out that an list it as REFURBISHED LAPTOP. I tell you i am was sick!!
