Hess Kennedy Helped make a financial problem into a disaster. Orlando Florida

Last year I attempted to reduce my monthly payments on a number of credit cards and consumer loans by contacting Debt Wave Credit Counseling. They gave me three options: Debt negotiation, debt settlement or bankruptcy. Initially, I chose debt negotiation (a service provided by Debt Wave itself). They did manage to consolidate payment of most of my accounts and change them to fixed rates but many of my monthly payments were actually higher than they had been previously.

As my intent had been to improve my monthly cash flow, this situation was clearly counter-productive. I again contacted Debt Wave and asked them about the option of debt settlement. I was told that they did not handle this directly but that my file would transferred to their associate: Coastal Credit Solutions.

It was at this point that my adventure into financial perdition really began. Coastal Credit Solutions informed me that the Law Firm of Hess Kennedy would be handling my accounts. After a number of delays I eventually sent them a total of two cashier's checks for $1815.00 only to find they have not contacted any of my creditors .I have since had two companies garnish my wages. I sent Hess Kennedy a copy of one of the judgements against me and was essentially told nothing could be done. I now have a number of other creditors demanding immediate payment in full as I am in breech of contract.

If anyone wants to file a class action suit count me in.
