Heys USA Junk luggage and bogus warranty Weston Florida

Purchased suitcase from Sear on January 19th, 2013. Suitcase handle broke in December 2013 as well as a foot was missing and most importantly the suitcase was cracking (splitting in 3 places all originating from the same wheel). I started contacting heys helpdesk in early/mid  January. This place is a gmail account that just generates form emails about sorry for inconvenience and send all this info (pics, contact info, receipt).

I have sent them the info over 10 times to no avail, this is how crazy this company is they send a reply to my info with  an email saying send info you just sent them. WOW!!. Called 4 times (3 times someone answered just to give me bogus info). Say they will call back supposedly take my info but never call back. After nearly 2 weeks of waiting I called Heys to say I would have Sears intervene on my behalf. The Heys rep said " that would be a good idea".

Took my worthless suitcase to Sears; they contacted Heys and Heys told them they would send me an emergency email-- no email ever came. Went to sears a second time and they refunded. Junk quiality merchandise withn bogus 7 year  warranty! Now Sears has that suitcase so hopefully they will note the junk quality and look into this company before continuing to sell their products. Sears was really helpful and spent over an hour trying to get things fixed.
