HFC-HSBC Mortgage svs. Beneficial fin.and MERS HFC and HSBC used preditory pratices and mortgage lending fraud. Brandon, Florida

year 1997,we applied for a loan from Household Finance co.We never had to leave home.They came to our house, with the application for the loan.The next day they brought out the check.The next year we applied for a home repair loan.They used the same tactic as before.We lost our home to fire in 2003. We sold the property instead,so we paid my first mortgage with Bank Of America,also Household fin. Now, we find another home with a different lender.Six months into that loan,we were informed by that mortgage co.that our loan would be with HSBC Mortgage svs.We had no choice in the matter.So after some research,i found out that HSBC was really Household fin.co. They already had our name and profile from our previous account. I made a promise to myself never to get involved with Household fin. never again.All it took was a name change,my payments went to the same address of HFC,Carol Stream Ill.60197. The State Attorney General of Georgia sued HFC in the year 2000,for preditory lending and won.The problem was,they only went back one year,The last loan we got from HFC was in 1998.We did not qualify.1999 was the only year that would be accepted.Now i hear three counties in my state,are filing another law suit on HSBC and HFC.Please we can`t miss out this time.Will someone please advise?
