HFC Benefical Finance I have a 1st and 2nd mortage with HFC for about 10yrs. Mortage balance still same amount 2nd mortage not move all. All phone lines are disconnected you can not reach anyone. but still taking payment o Brandon, Florida

We fiance a Mortage with HFC aka Beneficial Finance. We have 1st and 2nd mortage. Interest rate is high
making regular monthly payments . Balance is still same amount. 2nd mortage even higer on the balance.All of their offices are close phone are disconnected. but they accept payment on line. do we still continue making these payments. Need Help!
