HG Rhodes Inc rip-off jacks up the vehicle and the financing Houston Texas

I finaced a car on the 3rd of March and I relized that I was getting ripped off so I tried to return it the next day, and what I mean by ripped off is, I went on the net and the car is only worth 2000, and he sold it to me for 10,000 including 1,700 of financing charges, I put 2,000 dollars down as a downpament.

So when I told him what the price was on the market he said, well what do you expect -your young and you have no credit. He still refuses to refund me my money, he said he could put me in another car, and and I feel if he could put me in anouther car he could give me my money back all the same.
