HHGREGG ripoff Akron Ohio

People wake up to stores who have no clue what is right or not!!

I guess when total store management is totally unclear to what their own job is...how could their employees have faith in it?

I speak for all employees in Chapel Hill HHGREGG STORE.
We have alot of very dedicated and hard workers there...sad it was let go as it was because of those who had no clue to what they had or should have taken as good emplyees.

The biggest season is comming up now and total lack of carring by management has let it all go to hell...sad it has been doing this with customers also.

We have to daily appoligize for management mistakes and do our best to make up for them all and keep customers happy.

I found it funny this past week when a man and his wife asked for the highest management's phone# to complain not only for their misdealings...but to file against a manager in my own behalf.

What can you say to a customer who is standing in front of you with written proof of what a so-called manager wrote and tried to claim you overcharged them??

Sorry..yes I said this...but what I wanted to say...sorry this idiot once again had to have someone to blame for his lack of knowledge.

He made a situation worse by lieing...called me names in front of her and even went further yet in talking badly about she and I both to yet another manager where she heard it plainly.

I guess...beware of buisnesses who don't know thier own buisness.

When you hear something that doesn't make sence...run !!!!

Don't let anyone...even management make you feel like a fool.

Because as they spoke to you as you all had wittness to it...we all heard you and tried hard to overcome and over road some terrible choices to serve you better.
No one knew this took place but those who had your interests in mind.

No one carred more than we did as we seen double delivery being charged to correct products damaged being brought in to you all.

Yes we did send out new ones to you and NCD...no charge deliveries should have been charge to you.
Management's words...charge again...we knew wasn't right.
Or as I heard last week...get all you can get out of a 72 year old woman.

Thank God...we up front made this right...didn't charge her again what she had comming.

See...we who were talked to like we didn't have a brain...knew more of what was to be done than management.
THIS IS WHAT A GOOD BUISNESS DOES...CUSTOMER'S NEEDS MET.
Not doing anything we had to to gain bonuses and to decieve even district managers or even higher...we are doing our jobs.

I guess as I told one there...every dog has their day...yes God don't like ugly.

Those who step on the little people and think they will climb...will take a huge fall.

If this company means to do right...look into this. Be what you claim to be and not let this game further rob this community or even this company as it is doing.
I hold my head up...knowing I was never fired at 50 years old till a manager had to cover his own a*s and not let an error be corrected because he couldn't take care of it at store level.

I guess the biggest mistake was I didn't come forward on the truth about this place sooner.
Even another...yes HHGREGG manager was talking to me about reporting drugs and drinking on the job in this store.

Talk outside this store...doing a house cleaning of it. I hope and pray no more hard working...nor good, honest employees are taken and the bad left.

I live in this area and it is frightening to see in some companies here this can go on.

I feel a person in charge should be just that....and have the knowlege to lead and stand for right. But when those are taken off the street and promoted to quickly it does real harm as it has done here.

Given up attitudes...yes in this store you see this...had to appoligize often for it. But people...when you have management as this...who show you no respect...even can't make snakeing by certain salesman stop...you have employees who just have the attitude...why try??

Oh the problems this store has had and let go has certainly effected customers.

Heck even you have called in on it.
Complained of saleman standing around and doing nothing.

Alot have just given up.

What it needs...hopefully before it is to late...management to honestly start working for the total good of all.

I was faithfull to this company...worked harder than anyone there...even you customers asked where my help was??

LOL...oh...doing cleaning saleman refused to do...or sitting in the office makeing personal calls on the phone...or some of you watched them let you stand there in line as they played on the pc...even games!!
But I truely thank all of you who thanked me for carring...because I truely did.
