Hibu Lies about services and billing. Can't get anyone there to call you back or take care of problem King of Prussia Pennsylvania

Sales Represenative said her laptop would not print and she would email me a copy of the contract, on 12-1-16, finally after repeated phone calls, received on 1-25-17.  Could not cancel as it has a 14 day clause, convenient for hibu & sales represenative.  I should of known that after 4 calls to see my new represenative, (never had problem with old rep.) had to call supervisor to obtain a return call. 

I wanted to cut back on advertising as it was not working.  Needless to say things were added to contract that I was unaware of and bill went through the roof.   I have a file that is 2 1/2 inches thick on voice mails, bills and notes from calls.  I have spoken to 14 different people, jumped through hoops to get the information they requested to cancel contract,  to be told the person you spoke to was wrong, let me see what I can do and I will call you back. 

Never received calls back.  They supposably cancelled back on 11-20-17 and I still receive emails on how many hits my website is getting a month for the past 4 months.  Now they are setting me up for collections.  I owe for something I did not order, did not want, did not know I had, nor did they work!  Every month the bills are lower then higher then lower and I refuse to pay for services I did not order.  THEY LIED!!!  WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD DEALINGS WITH.  Now since I have went to BBB and Consumer Affairs they want to help a year and 4 months later.  DONE!!!!!
