1. HID Bulb stopped working today after working for just 3 months
2. The pair of bulb were purchased because previous RMA # 20119169054170222 dated 03/17/2011 was never responded to, although they were returned to the vendor with warranty period.
3. Phone does not work.
4. Have raised request again but there is no response yet
