Hiday& Ricke is a fraud company and they trying to sue me for $37,248.13 dollers for a car accident that wasn't my fault and made me pay a payment of $250.00 by Friday, June 26, 2015 in oreder to get my license back and pay $55.00 per month by the 10th of each month and they also suspended my drivers license twice untill i agreed to pay the money they asked for and i went to court and the judge dismissed the case the case number is 2009-ca-3798 then hiday & ricke telling me that they took it back to court again and our file number is 200901212 and they threatend me to take my license again if i didn't pay the amount of money above and required for me to have sr21 on my insurance for three years and pay $55.00 before the 10th of each month.
