Case number at Polk Coiunty Court is a complete rip off.
The debt is settled has been for 2 months. They continue to collect and continue to keep a llein on my house.
To begin with there are witness to teh fact I never signed any loan document. The entire collection is maghical thinking.
The best is I have a cancelled check settling the debt but they have not removed a gasrnish from my pay and pursuye it in Polk County Court. I want to sue the predatory lendor - Fidelity Bank under treaury investigatiuon for 12 other cases and this collection agency for all sorts of damagews. Any lawyer willing to take 33% of 125,000.00 is welcome to call me to handle the case. Unless you are a dog on a bone type who can deliver the goods there will not be a setle for any less. These people ruined my retirement funds with their bull for some one's commision on the collection? No way will I settle for less.

I did not want to give my banking information to them so did not. They offered my settlement to get my banking information. I thought was dealing with legitimate person offering settlement affordable to me. They just wanted a check to get my banking information. They sent the check back stating their agent never made that arrangement. Again I have a witness to the whole conversation. After the other experiances with this company and the bank that supports them I was not ever talking to anyone without a witness in the room. Always on speaker. I'm not sure what I can do other than go into a bankruptcy process hopefully will gewt to keep my home that I have invested over 300,000$ in just to have a home. Paid my mortgage faithfully 12 years now repaired all maintenance and invested in fixing a sink hole on the property. It is not insurable so can't sell it. Anyway want to keep it. Can't I sue the originating bank for breakng federal lending guidelines? Does anyone know about this?? How can a person who earns 9.50 an hour at a call center get a loan for 23000$ whne they have a mortgage, car loan and student loan debt with a side of credit card debt? How can that happen even? It is worth the 40$ to file the case in our court maybe will try to sue for more than the loan for the damage it has caused me. Has anyone tried this?

These a holes garnished my salary jeopardizing my whole life budget threatened and a lein on my house collecting interest daily like a loan shark. My witness saw what I did sign. it was NOT any loan document . These people are rip off specispecialist. Better go to a loan shark better over all. I want to SUE the holy livong crap out of them. I will go pro se if no lawyer steps up.

You stated that this debt has been settled for 2 months, and that you have a cancelled check. Yet at the same time you stated you never signed any loan document. So if you never signed any loan document why would you "settle" a debt that you are basically saying never existed?
I would also like to know how you could have a witness that can prove you NEVER signed something.
