I applied for vendor space at the hideaway in cave creek Az. during Az bike week. I called and the employee incharge ,Rick, told me they had a vendor in my catigory so he would consider me, talk to the vendor, and get back to me. I assumed when we never heard anything that we were not going. About a week prior to the event, our card was run for the full amount due for the 9 days. We called, he said we would set up at the hideaway, and the other vendor would be at the Tap house. I spent several thousand in materials and many sleepless nights preparing with short notice. I arived , set up , got comfortable, and was told to leave the location by days end.

I said we had a contract, they said they never make contracts and reserved the right to kick anyone out for any reason. I asked for a reason in writing. I was told the other vendor didnt want me there. Probably because he filled bankruptcy on 27,000 of dept to me 2 years prior. but there would be no written reason as they said they didnt need a reason. I was told that I would have a full refund. I never got one. Instead, Mark the owner, who was too spineless to even talk to me sent his security people to insure I was removed. Intimadation! I drove 750 miles to get there, spend 10 hours setting up and tearing down, bought a $320  airline ticket for an employee to come mid week, and drove 750 miles home.

I was promised a refund , you avoided giving that to me. I asked for a simple reason why our contract was not being fullfilled, you said there was no such contract.. Tell me, what was the money for? by accepting my money, telling me on the phone we had a space, allowing me to set up, I think that constitutes a contract. Anyone who would have such disregard for anothers inconvieniance, time, and money has no business being in the service industry. You, your bar, its employees are shameful. Youre nothing more than self serving passive aggressive a** holes with no empathy for others. I feel sorry for your children, what lessons are they learning from you and your example. You ripped me off, I am certain I'm not the first, Hope I'm the last.
