HE Talent Agency or High End Agency or HE Agency and it's CEO Louis Zarel are Frauds and Con Men. Louis Zarel is on the run from the law in many states. He has warrents for his arrest. Failure to appear in court.
Louis Zarel is a coward and a Fraud who preys on young men and women looking to advance their careers in modeling and talents. The HE Agency is a Fraud with no physical address. There is no way to contact Louis as he changes is telephone numbers regularly because he is stealing his clients money then disappearing. Louis if your reading this feel free to call me if you have the b***s..And of course we all know you don't have the b***s..Your a piece of %$#@
