Place houston,tx Willowbrook mall kiosk selling Palm massager with no return or refund.

Purchase 11.30 am went to food court in willowbrook mall while having lunch decide check from smart phone massager unit that I bought i saw online very cheap within 35 minute went back to kiosk for returning merchandise unopened condition and the owner jewish guy told me no refunds!!!

When they charging me they did not tell me about refund policy even withing half in hour they are crock prices triple than normal regular price you can find out there owner knows this this why they do not want to take it back period.. This kiosk in the willowbrook mall only one right front of foreign exchange.

One thing i do not understand willowbrook mall has management and how come mall management letting rent people like that so far from manner rip off. I guess its little bit willowbrook mall fault as well not doing anything about them while this massage kiosk ripping off people in their mall bad repution really bad.
