I locked my keys in the car while I was shopping at King Kullen in Valley Stream a few blocks from my home - at 6:25pm I called 646-886-0810 and they told me the initial call is $19.00 and when I get there I will tell you what tools I need and when he got there - an hour later - though they say they are in the neighborhood and are on their way in 20 minutes - he jumps out of the car with a receipt that says $195.00 plus tax. I find this to be a horrific demonstration of HIGH-ROBBERY and misadvertising!
Desired Resolution: Refund
Desired Outcome 
I would like most of the money back!

PS I have contacted many various bureaus and have made complaints!
