Highbeam.com Publishing of personal information to google searches without removal Chicago, Illinois

I was accused of a misdemeanor and it was published in the newspaper over 5 years ago. I was found NOT guilty and newspaper took all the information down. Anyone searching my name in google now will find my address, my phone, and all the incorrect pre-trial accounts of me in the fully published copy of the article, which VIOLATES MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY. I have been denied jobs, and my name is posted with defamatory/libelous information on the first page of google. They simply use my name for their promotion. This article incorrectly portrays me and reveals all my private information to anyone knowing my name and using google. I kindly wrote to them 3 times asking to remove my name from this illegal way of advertising. They have refused to take any action and I hold them responsible violating my constitutional right to privacy. This site turns America into a socialist state of no individual right to privacy.I can't wait for them to write me a check for the worth of their company that I will shut down.
