While visiting my Father at the Highland Park Hospital, construction debri that was not cleaned up included a bolt that ruined my tire and cost me $350 for towing and a new tire since the bolt was too large and the tire could not be repaired.
The concierge at HIGHLAND PARK HOSPITAL promised me that I would be reimbursed for this because it was their negligence. They admitted that the construction debris isn't being cleaned up.
So now - the manager of concierge services called and they are refusing to pay. Not only that - but she is rude and unprofessional. Somehow she doesn't see the problem with hospital representatives admitting negligence and promising to take care of the issue - and then backing out.
They even accused me of driving over this huge bolt somewhere else and blaming the hospital.
Any idiot can see that this is NOT something you can drive on!
I promised the concierge manager that I will NOT forget this incident and how I've been treated.
