Hiko promised lower rates and a end of the year gas ans electric reimbursement of what ever bill i want. But i dont want to stay with them the rest of the year. My electric usage for Feb. Was about $33 and gas about $83. Hiko charged me about$137 to supply electric and$139 for gas. That is four times the amount of my electric and almost double for gas. Whats going on with this picture?????
