I seen him placed used parts, re-create damage to the customers cars and buy wrecks from tow truck drivers, sell drugs and send Lathan and Arthur to the bank daily for cash runs.

I was there when he pretended to have a neck injury and get away with about 60,000 and I witnessed him pay Rogers Villasonas car notes and give him cash for years and I can bet that was all tax free and credits issued on his taxes on Hilberts cars.

Secondly I was there when Efrin lost his finger and no workers comp was paid and when it went to court he stated that he did not own the company his daughter Daye did and I seen checks Daye wrote back in 95-96 for weekly amounts of 10-20,000 a week cash skimmed and they shared and charged to many others outlets in the business.

I was there when Benny from Progressive was his partner to give him the inside of fraud with insurance companies and insured that he got all progressives wrecks. I was there when he accused his daughter and Maria of theft and Tom Kerry as well as heard about a lady named Dawn because she dared to bring him down.

I know of the forging of insurance checks and the upcharges to insurnce companies and I was there when state farm caught him using used parts on cars and he was sued and he lost his case to the insurance company.

Last of all I KNOW HE KEPT 2 SETS OF BOOKS and CLAIMED THE FLOOD OF 95 BROUGHT HIS COMPUTERS DOWN AND HAD A CPA RE-CREATE HIS BOOKS AND PASSED AN AUDIT.

I was there when Arthur died and he celebrated as he felt he would not have to explain his cash runs. His crimes and harrassments do not end nor does his wavier at fraud. Though no longer an abritrator for the BBB I was there when he would call whom ever and request favors about cases he heard against whomever he felt he could have a favor returned to him.

As stated I worked there in the summer of 1998 and I still am in disbeilf of all that I witnessed there-the insurance fraud to the cooked books only says alittle about how that place was ran-he skimmed cash off the books and committed IRS fraud to stealing poor peoples cars.

Everyone that works for him suffers -if you leave he will brand you a criminal for his illegal scams or put you through civil suits-just to name a few-he would state that he repairs alot of the who is who cars for free.

What bothers me is that the state of La. has let this man continue-and the rip off report shouldn't your organization forward these reports to someone who cares? How many does he have to hurt before it ends? I moved so far away from him as I fear for my life.
