As far as timeframes are concerned, we cannot speed up the Social Security Administration.  We strive to have our clients' files in a position to win when the Social Secuirty Administration does review the file.  However, even when we have the evidence we need, the Social Secuirty Administration historically denies 70 percent of claims just filed.  The Social Secuirty Administration then denies 85 percent of claims at the reconsideration level.  Most people would be discouraged and give the claim up at that point.  But Hill and Ponton does not.  We fight for our clients all the way up to presenting the client's case to the Judge.  Again, we can't control the amount of time it takes the Social Secuirty Administration to process a claim or an appeal.  But, in cases we think we can win, we stand by you and fight for your benefits through the administrative process.
