Hillside Financial Group, To All That Were Scammed "please Read" scam, back door boiler room business, theft Orlando Florida

Hillside Financial Group got me as well, but when you are desperate you sometimes make mistakes. Well, I made one. I went through a similar experience as everyone else. I filled out an application online, the next day Dave Mitchell contacted me with the offer. I received a fax that afternoon and looked it over, even had a buddy of mine (a bank VP) take a look at it, everything looked on the up and up. I also did some homework looking into Hillside financial group. My mistake was looking into Hillside Financial Group "LLC" who is an actual company in good standing. The one thing I did do was to request a guarantee That no additional funds would be needed for the prerequisite of $1980.00. This was granted to me, the next day I sent the money to Jessica Rautin, in Calgary Canada.

The next morning I received a call from Mark Hamilton. This guy is a piece of work. Mark proceeded to tell me that the lender required another $1980.00 in collateral before the $20,000.00 loan would be released. I then reminded him that I had been given a guarantee (signed) that no more collateral would be needed. His response was that the guarantee was for no additional "prerequisite collateral payments would be needed". I then said, that if you are going to separate the prerequisite collateral payment from the normal collateral, then according to the contract, it stated plainly that after the prerequisites are fulfilled the funds (loan) would be released within one business day. At this point Mark called me an idiot, became angry, and told me if I wanted my loan I would have to send another $1980.00. I simply stated that I would not do business with them and to send my money back. Mark said no problem but the funds would not be returned until the 21st of July.

On Monday the 20th I attempted to get in touch with Mark Hamilton, in the end only to find out that they no longer existed along with my money.

I ask for information, from anyone who may have information on Hillside Financial Group or the people involved in this scam. People and numbers of anyone or organizations that others have contacted in regards to this matter. (Police, FBI, ect.)

And just a note to anyone that reads this, I dont know about you but they have my bank account info as well as a copy of my drivers license ID. If this is the same for you, call your bank immediately and check on there security. In my case I ended up changing my account number after reading of a similar scam where the company (scammers) ended up cleaning out over 3000 bank accounts in a single day.

Keep track of your credit reports, keep on it. After speaking with my bank, they are helping me by running a credit report once a month at no charge.

Pray the authorities find you before I do.
