Hippie House Selling Broken Products Tacoma Washington

I have spent something like $300 at hippie house over the last 4 years, and today they sold me broken glass. The dude swears he checked before he wrapped it in bubble wrap, but the piece only went from my car to my room and somehow aquired a massive crack at the bottom, so either the staff isn't doing a good job checking or their glass is so shitty it breaks in bubble wrap without being dropped. Either way, both are unacceptable I will never return here and neither will anyone I know. It was a $25 dollar piece, even if I was trying to rip them off it's never the right idea to treat the customer like they are lying, particularly when you are actually wrong and did actually sell broken glass.
