HLI TREE SERVICE aka Payless Tree service The Worst most deceptive company Ive ever dealt with Chino California

I arranged with Leonard to remove 3 trees and trim 7 more and do some stump removal. This was on August 9th, 2013. He promised a 12 man crew and a boom truck and promised to complete in one day. He sent out 4 guys with no boom truck and proceeded to cut  trees and drag them down with a pickup truck smashed my fence, broke concrete with the falling trees broke most of the sprinklers in the vicinity of the work, left the yard and driveway a total disaster. He lied to get the job and lied about the crew. When  confronted he claimed that he was too busy to complete in one day. They promised to come back the next day and never showed up. This company is the worst. By the way they also go under the name of payless tree services. If I could give them no stars I would  but the minimum is one...
