Order the air swimmer shark helium balloon on 11/17/2016.  Nowhere was there ever any indication that this product was coming from China, however the week before Christmas I started a persistent email campaign to attempt to get my merchandise by Christmas.  Of course Christmas came and went.  I had even purchased a helium tank to add to this phantom gift. They never responded to any of my emails.

Aound the end of December, I was angry and fired off a message that if they did not send me a tracking number, I would go to my bank and reverse the charges. It was then I received a short response begging for my patience and promising they would deliver in 15 days and could tell by the broken English that I was dealing with a Chinese company.  I waited 15 days until my nect day off work and still no response to any further emails or package so I went to the bank.  Unfortunately it was the MLK holiday and could not get the charge reversed.

Today, 01/23/17, my day off, I was prepared to go to the bank but right at 9 AM my mail was delivered and the package had arrived.

So am I just complaining about poor communication and service?  Oh no!  This piece of junk is definitely not what was pictured on the internet.  It is flimsy and poorly made.  The fins are sheer plastic that rips and tears trying to put them in place and they do not fit properly - but perhaps the poor fit is because the fish body I received was the Nemo fish with the shark fins.  But even still the fins are nothing like the pictures. This is nothing but a crappy mylar balloon.  The tiny plastic motor is attached by little sticky tapes that don't stick to the body well but stick horribly well to the fins and tear them if you try to remove. Last the little motor is still to heavy to maneuver the balloon.  It sinks to the ground - and yes we fully inflated the balloon.

The whoe thing is going in the trash and I am chalking this up to an unpleasant lesson learned at $40.  But I won't go out quietly.  I've warned in as many places as possible (they remove negative comments from their FB page) and I will see the bank in the morning to request a reversal of the charges, which I don't think will work now that I've actually received the 'product'.
