Hobby Models LLC delayed responses, refusal to provide shipping information after receiving payment New Canaan Pennsylvania

Ordered an item last week and after a few days of not seeing any updated infor on shipping i decided to email and ask when the item would be shipped.  Their response was "we'll let you know tomorrow".  Well when that day came and went and still no shipping info i emailed back and got the same response.  Finally i gave them an ultimatum and said if they didn't give me shipping information to prove it was being shipped i would go to my bank and dispute the charges.  Oh that got a response "please give us another 24 hours".  So i agreed, i said if i didn't see any updates by the end of that time i would go to the bank.  Their response to that "its just easier to give you a refund".  Sounds to me like they never had the item to ship since it was easier to give a refund than to ship the item.  

Don't bother dealing with these guys, its an obviously unprofessional and possibly fraudulent company.
