HoJomotor.com is claiming they have a book detailing Howard Johnson's motor.  They claim that this device allows you to build a device that with magnets you can cause them to repel and turn a pulley to generate electricity.

I purchased the book for 29.97.  the book beats around the bush where to buy the parts.  Search on "endplate" you get information on nerves.  Finding magnets is easy.  The stator and rotor are hard to come by.

Whether it works or not,  the principle is there.  But,  Physics says that energy can not be created or destroyed only converted from one form to another.

Building this device to power a whole house after investigating it.  I believe not possible.  I will probably get a refund from my bank and not clickbank.com.  I received no receipt in my email box.  I think that was done on purpose.

There's plenty of free information on the internet about howard Johnson's motor.  I found a few sites after the fact that its a scam.  I did search before purchasing and found nothing.

I suggest people always search before buying.  I believe that this site put out some sites that endorsed the plans rather then tell the truth.

American Surplus and supply has a device that operates on the principle of the hojo motor.  So the theory does work.  But this company lies about that the parts are readily available.  They beat around the bush as to where to buy the stator and rotor and endplate.  No info given.

It was fun to investigate new technology.  I may be able to still build a mini unit.
