Holiday Connections ripped me off out of my vacation

I was planning a vacation through Holiday Connections and was told by the Reservations Specialist that I would need to first fax a request form to her attention with three choices including the locations,and date of arrival and depatures.

I faxed over my choices and was then told that she would get back to me within a few days to let me know where I would stay and answer any questions and concerns that I had.

Ten days passed and I had not heard anything from the R/S so I decided to call her. When I tried to call the telephone numbers that were was given to me both verbally and included in by members binder, all of the telephone numbers had been disconnected.

I then tried to call information(411) I was told that they weren't listed. Finally, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and explained what took place. Holiday Connections called me back and I told them that I thought that it was unprofessional to disconnect their telephone numbers knowing that a customer may have a question, such as I did. The R/S then said that there was nothing that she could do.

I told her that I faxed over my request and heard nothing regarding my vacation. She told me that she lost my fax and to then again refax the information to her attention.

Again no response, and once again I called the President of the company and I'm am still waiting for a return phone call after several messages.

Please note: I still receive bills in the mail.
