Danielle Pendergraft, Director of Holiday Public Relations and Events, and her husband, Scott Pendergraft, appear to be scam artists. Ms Pendergraft is a convicted felon (pled guilty to 9 counts of fraud in Texas) but appears to have reinvented herself when she appeared on Martha's Vineyard in 2008.
Please refer to the several articles in the Martha's Vineyard Times (mvtimes.com) that outline the background, current law suits, and failure to pay the company's bills, ripping off many local vendors on Martha's Vineyard and elsewhere.
