I purchased a vihicle from Hollywood as part of the deal I traded in my vehcle....a week later I was told I had to give the vehicle back because of a problem with my check stubs..so I returned the vehcle as in better condition than what they sold it to me in(detailed and full of gas)...I was recived my trade back minus the full tank of gas I traded in with,my cd changer and plates..I asked for my items and was told they destroyed my plates and that the cd changer was not in the vehclie when I traded it in..I was listing to cd's when I came onto there lot to look at some cars so I know it was in there...the sales proceed to call me a liar and not only that he walked up to me as to intemidate me....I should recieve my vehicle in the same conditon I gave it to them...I am 100% not happy with this company and will never buy a car off there lot....

Supplying quality pre-owned vehicles to the St. Louis area and customers around the nation and world for over 30 years, Hollywood Motor Co. prides itself on its customer service and strong bond that we build with our customers.
This case does not sound familiar to any of the salesmen with whom I talked to regarding this claim; one that we here are Hollywood Motor Co take very seriously. I could not go into our database because the complaining party did not include their last name, vehicle purchased, or evens their trade in vehicle or date purchased. Not to mention, that in our 30 years of doing business as an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau, we have never stolen anything from any of our vehicles.
Regarding the "Check Stub" issue, I can only speak situationaly because the complaining party did not include any detailed information for me to follow up with them in regard to what they believe actually happened. But situaltionally, I can say that if/when this might have happened; that the bank refused to accept the check stubs and said that they were improper.
Acting as the Internet Manager and Marketing Director for Hollywood Motor Co, I take claims such as this very seriously and would like to reassure any of our future customers and those 25,000 plus previous customers that have purchased a vehicle thru any of our three locations, that we are an honest, family owned car lot and not one of these lots who takes advantages of their customers and leaves town. We have been around for 30 years and with our continued support from our return customers and ever growing web presence and reputation as the "Top Pre-Owned Car Lot in St. Louis" we plan on being around for another 100 if not more.
