hollywood video-universal fidelity SCAM FOR LATE FEES Huston, Texas

Got this in the mail 06-13-2012 from Universal Fidelity collections for Hollywood video late fees. Not sure if I should trash it or send the $20.  It lists the videos I may have rented 3+ yrs ago which were returned on time as I NEVER EVER am late for anything..... I remember that the video store was a mess with sales of videos so cheep that the lines were nuts and the stacks of videos for return were so deep and high people could reach on the way out and grab a few. So i'm worried for others who are being billed for missing videos i'm as they say have late fees. I have a FICO (spelling) score of 780 and I wouldn't want this $20 to hurt it, BUT!!! am still not paying it as it is either a scam or it is a store accounting issue. See at the time this store was going out of business (empty building still today) with videos on the floor and lines and lines of ppl. So when you have so much going on with a small staff how do you handle sales and returns...,,  Hope to hear that this is a no-where case.
