Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Avoid this company like the plague. All products are in stock ready to ship unless you order them, after which there is a minimum 3 week lead time unless you agree to pay an undisclosed amount more to have it shipped sooner.
They charge your card immediately, then offer to cancel your order for a 25% fee if you decide not to wait an indeterminate amount of time for the product to be shipped.
Unless you are placing a new order, they will ignore most of your calls and emails, occassionally providing you with ship dates that come and go with no shipment and no further response from them.

I recently fell victim to the Homecenter.com scam. I've described the scam and my personal experience with it on my web page at http://www.mixsoftware.com/HomeCenterFool.htm.
I advise anyone contemplating ordering from this company to read my story or any of the other horror stories posted at http://www.resellerratings.com/store/HomeCenter.
I encourage everyone who has already been victimized by this company to file a complaint with the proper authorities. My web page has links to online forms for the New York BBB, Department of Consumer Affairs, Attorney General's office, and the FBI Internet Crimes Division. These forms are very easy to fill out.
Do your part to stop this fraud by filing your complaint.
