...but they are not the original creditors to act as a bill collector or commit tort crime i mean they changed their name from rent a center to home choice and they are worse than ever now they need to be stopped by a classs action again we just need more to complain am going to do somthing that will change them for ever they have stolen money from me when a payment was due they took my money and more than they should have and never recorded the payments then i suffer from deppresion and was on a edge i wanted to hurt my self because i was filling treatened y them and i cryed and yelled at the guy who told me you are how we get paye d so you need to pay up i hung up the conversation was so bad i called back to ask for his name the lady gave me a false name because the next day i spoke with the same person who claimed he was the only person who called and said he is sorry if some one called acting that way i thought you f**king a*s it was him am going to sue them bottome line for creating a promise to pay note without my consent we had a agreement contract not a F.R.N. contract thats not my fault thats their liability to pay that not mine what a wast and fraud abuse sucks that no one nows this they need to all be jailed for running a illeagle scam on people... 

i want to say  i  filed a class action i'and i hope  that  their  are  more victims out   their  due to the scammers i rented from home -choice  and  they  are a rip  off  and the meanest  funiture  store   i  know  and a  bunch of  crooks  who buy  merch  from  other retailers  and  promise to  pay a cost that they make  you  pay  for  intrest  my  gusse  but  i  know  they  have  no  right to  call you  with  treats or  agressive behavior   or  telling  you  to  bring  property  in  so  they  can  reposse it  and  still make  you  pay  no   thats  wrong  and  as  a  ceditor  that  i  claim title to they  own  that  debt   now  because  they  hold   liability to  a  note  they  created  a promise to pay to the  original  creditor  i had a agreemnet to make  payments as a debtor i  no longer am i  filed a ucc-1 holding higher ownerf over what is lawfully mine and no longer pay debts for those  who create them am a creditor over the person  who was the lender and i never hear  from the lender  he  has  his black store  employees call me with treats and he  is  never in the   store to take  calls   when  i call to  ask  him  if  he  got  my  copy   of  ucc-1   notice  and  they  play  this  game  like  i  dont  know  but  they want  to  see my power  and  how   much  i  know  to  not  pay  or   if  they  can  get  more  money  out   of  me  it is    funny  that  they  never  record payments that  i   have  payed  to them  they  have  not  showed up  on  my  statements at  my  bank some  but  not all so in question where is all the money  i  have  payed them andi am way over payed to them   it is  stealing and i will get justice
