I was so relieved to find this wonderful site. It gives me some hope and a little of my self esteem back. Although i never wish this to happen to anyone and i mean anyone it crushes everything inside you. I refianced and my loan was sold to homecomings financial. I went through some problems right away my transmissions went out on both my cars besides more problems. I called to see if i could make a payment arrangement and i was told to call back the next day because some workers accept that but some don't. And she is one that doesn't.

I tried to call back over 30 times and never got though. This was the 4 of july weekend. By the time i got through it said they wern't open until tuesday. When i returned home I called and for some reason got through right away and they told my i was in foreclosure. So with many calls trying to get a payment arrangement I was asked to fill out all my my income information so they could give me a fair payment plan HAH. to make a long story short they wanted 3100.00 aug 1st wich i told them i could but i'd be tapping myself out. They wanted another 2271.21 12 days later and another 2271.20 30 days later.

When i noticed 2271.21 was due two weeks later i tried to call and never got through and called and called and i always got Cynthia's answering machine that said ; Due to the overwhelming amount of calls you must leave the correct loan # name reason for calling ect ect...... But she was way to swamped to ever get back to you i was thrown into foreclosure with 1000.00 fees 3 times from july 8 through oct. I was told i was sent a refund check for overpayment of escrows but i never cashed the check so they were forced to stop payment and charged me the fee. I never recieved a check ever. I have been charged prospect fees , You know what that is ? they drive by your house to see if your still there and then they charge you for that to.

I feel like throwing up right now just writing this 1 instant. I have a hard time trusting anybody anymore my pride my self esteem is shot! my hope is about gone
