After not being happy with lack of ethics on a sale, when truck arrived I refused delivery on a dryer. It now has been two weeks and even after they told me "no problem", have a 100% return policy and even gave me an RGA number which indicates item returned, back in stock and money back is due, after two weeks and three different store managers all stating money would be returned immediately and receipt faxed to me, I have seen nothing.
