home depot deanna in resolutions promised delivery two days in a row but no show palmer Massachusetts

paid a frooring installer to be at the house to load the flooring i purched on line from home depot. the truck came and the driver walked to the house but never knocked thinking no one was home even though there was a truck in the drive when i called thats what they told me but they said they would deliver first thing next day. now they say no lift on truck so cancel the delivery? i call and was picked up by there resoluation desk and a person named deanns informed me there was nothing she could do and when they do get around to deliver they wont bring the items into the house even though i paid a worker two days in a row to do it and he is unavialable for a week and im 75 yo and sick???
