Home First Insurance for 21st Mortgage Don Denied the claim filed for flood water and wind damage Maryville Tennessee

I am from Louisiana and I live in a mobile home financed under 21st Mortgage and insured by Home First . I suffered extensive damage to my mobile home during the flood. Water had no where to drain causing my home to sink and begin cracking. My ceiling started leaking as a result of wind damage and torrential rain. The skirting around my home was torn off by the wind and my steps were so saturated for a long time that they fell apart due to water soak. Home First only paid $300 for total damages. None of my adjacent structures were paid for and this is part of my policy. I had to move my home from the sinkhole and it costs $7,000 to move and reconnect. The $300 Home First gave me was used to hire a person to use silicon to seal the leaks on roof. I had to buy new steps and skirting which costs $1900. All of the repairs were paid for using my life's savings. Since the move I recently experienced another storm hit and found shingles from the roof in my yard. The water began leaking inside the sidewalls flooding my appliances. Home First stated they will cover the appliances but not the roof because he accused me of not repairing the roof the first time. But there's only so much you can do with $300. This company is a scam! Someone needs to put a stop to these rip offs! We pay for these insurances. They sell us a coverage then get all rude and degrading denying our claims by calling us liars! I am a customer! The adjuster Don will not pay for the roof damage on my home and the estimate the roofer gave me for repairs is $4,500. He also failed to pay for interior damages that were caused by water. He stated that due to the age of the roof he didn't have to replace it the first time. Well he shouldn't sell insurance to a home that doesn't qualify for the coverage he's selling!
