My fiancé and I have been looking for a reasonable priced couch to purchase online so that we could have it delivered to us since we do not own a truck to pick it up from the store.. We found this website, it looked legit, they included shipping.... It has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.. They immediately collected the money from my card but when I asked about the tracking information over and over and over again, no one would supply it.. I didn't want to miss the delivery since we live in a secured building I knew we would have to be here to let the delivery in..

I called and emailed and recieved responses to every 1 out of 3 emails and never a return call.. None of the reply emails included the tracking either.. I've just finally received an email with tracking to find out that its being sent back to the seller because we missed the delivery 3 times! they say that they do not have an apt number and have been trying to collect one..

So since I keep all of my receipts I went back to check and my address was correct with all info including my apt number.. They somewhere along the line left that out and are trying to blame me! I now could have had my couch 2 weeks ago if they had of a properly answered my requests.. I will never use this company again.. They are not worth the hassle.. The pricing are cheap because they suck at their jobs.. I still have not received the couch that I paid for..
