In 2010 a company contacted named Home Safe America. Everything they were telling me sounded legit and they promised that no matter what they can get my morgage modified, they have never been denied a modification. In order to do this their was a fee of $2500 which they promised that if for some reason the bank would not modify, I would be given a full refund. I continued and gave them all the information that they were requiring and paid the fee. This went back and forth for almost a year and nothing happens, then all communication broke and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. The last communication stated that they were going to issue a refund and that has been almost a year ago and still I have not seen any money. If anyone has anyway of getting ahold of these people. I would greatly appreciate it. I also know that they have changed the name of the Company to United Solutions Corp. All I want is my money back.
