My husband signed up for this 'too good to be true' offer that he kept seeing on Craigslist many times before asking me. Of course...once I found out he gave them his credit card number I immediately called them back...

We called them back...and the individual who he signed up with said that we would have to wait till technical support opens if we wanted to cancel our account.

Of course we waited the two hours....and called tech support who told us we have to call billing if we want to cancel our account.

So finally I called billing...and I had my husband on another phone call technical support and we both tried to cancel our account. They both walked us through the process...and before they said our account was canceled they hung up on us.

I tried and tried and tried to get through again and I dunno if they have a block on their phone but from here on out they NEVER pick up the phone. It's been 4 months now.

They are still trying to charge my bank account...and every month I have to call my bank to cancel the charge. I'm not sure if I need to go to the better business bureau or what but this is a scam company. Please save yourself some time...don't trust anything on Craigslist.
